Jeff is a nice guy, and knows the law. Problem is, he seems to want to get the job done asap, so he has a set method/protocol , and he sticks to it, regardless of the difference between cases. In my case that kind of screwed me. Also despite telling me ahead of time he was flexible as far as payments go, he seems very eager to have your money when the time comes.
