Outstanding job on a complex transaction. I would recommend him hands down! Worked numerous hours to finalize a deal for me on a time constraint. Very sophisticated, like every lawyer should be.

Was paid a retainer to be used as needed. Doesnt return calls, and his assistant isnt helpful either. Days would go by before I would get a call back. Felt like I was too small a fish for their law firm. Though I am small, my $500 up front should have afforded me a little attention. If large businesses are what they want to cater to, it would have been nice to tell me that up front rather than take my money and do a so so job.
