This man is super nice and warm before you pay the retainer fee. Afterwards, he's unavailable, curt, and answers your questions like you are and idiot and bothering him. We didn't all go to law school! What ever happened to customer service?? I should have gone with a cheaper lawyer and probably gotten the same results.
