Julie Ginsburg should have retired with her husband Judge Ginsburg who sat in Concord, MA. As a guardian ad litem, Julie is totally unorganized when it comes to collecting evidence or writing reports. Her reposrts have been called, "slanted" by Judges in the family courts. She contradicts herself, she embellishes what she can, regardless of the truth. She omits substancial and critical evidence of the what she may find damaging to the man she has chosen to award custody. She embarrasses herself in court when she faces all the discrepancies she has written on her reports. Talking to Julie is about as effective as pleading your case to the wall - totally fruitless. On a personal note, Julie doesn't wash her hands after going to the bathroom. If I could say 1 positive thing about Julie; I would say that she is very aware if she's done a horrible job and will excuse herself if called back to a case that she was found incompetant as a guardian ad litem.
