I found his legal representation of me in my custody case to be excellent and lined up everything we discussed...and then some. Attorney Leach went to great lengths to make sure visitation (both regular and holiday), child support and primary custody were all very favorable to me. He made sure the Courts were made aware of my ex's nonsense and justice prevailed. Attorney Leach did not just tell me what I wanted to hear as my prior attorney had; instead, he included me in every aspect, actually listened when I told him how I wanted to proceed and followed through on all fronts. HIGHLY recommended for people who want the results they are looking for.

If there were zeros for bad i would use them. Brain does come off like the nice guy. I had a custody case he helped me with and he had told me it was everything we talked about and told me to sign(he was in a hurry to get to another case) so I did. I read everything over and it was the complete opposite of what I asked. This guy needs to be disbarred. He is a scam artist and has made life hell for me and my daughter. Thats the most unfair part of it all. My little girl.

He starts out very likeable and very concerned, as if he is a friend. He eventually turns over control to opposing counsel and has no qualms about telling lies and avoiding the client when he loses a case. He promises the world but will leave you extremely unhappy and broke.

He makes good first impression. However he lacks follow through and the ability to succeed even in the easiest of cases. If you intend on pursuing this lawyer, BEWARE...HE promises the world and produces his client anguish and grave dissapointment.
