Most unethical lawyer I've ever come across. She twists your medical diagnosis to twist custody cases for wins. Even if they are federally protected and ruled on by Federal Social Security Judges and treating medical providers. Even when the conditions were caused by the spouse you are divorcing. She introduces articles as medical evidence (hearsay) not by actual medical professionals seeing said patient. She victim blames and shames and has public contempt charges herself.

Jennifer Byrom is the WORST attorney, EVER! She is rude, lies, manipulates, and she only has one concern, money! She is not trustworthy and doesn't have her clients best interest. I wouldn't use her if she was the last attorney left in town!!

My DOM It began as many as an uncontested divorce, after both parties retained attorneys it soon turned into contested.The first Court date (many weeks later, because the attorney’s HATED each other) the judge said that he would NEVER give the Respondent 50/50 timesharing rights, because they had previously signed most rights associated with the child.Instead of Mrs. Byrom’s office hurrying and taking care of the paperwork before the end of the year (4months) they waited.After the Paralegal was called and then the attorney MULTIPLE times, we got a court date into the next year and we got a new judge who had a different point of view.LONG LONG LONG story short, because of their laziness, disorganization, and lack of knowledge my child is in an unstable environment 50% of the time.I get a call from her letting me know that I have to pay my bill over $7,000 in FULL before she would file my final paperwork (oh and make sure you read that little print on the contract your signing).

She doesn't return calls or e-mails. She doesn't do as she claims she will do nor will she do what you tell her to do. One second of her time costs you a min of $75, so chose your time with her wisely.

After she gets your retainer, you won't hear another word from her. She sat in court and never said a word. She is more worried about how she appears in front of the judge and the other attorney. She has a terrible disposition and temper. Her retainer fee ran out quickly and we were expected to pay her even more...for nothing. We ended up going to another attorney and paying another retainer fee. Very bad experience with this attorney,

She has not done her job for the money charged. There has been no announcement in paper. She forgets she has papers given to her already and she has take the side of the person not paying for her services and done everything in their favor even though she was not hired by them

At the time of my divorce Ms Bryom was too busy building a new office and having an affair with her then partner Dan Stewart to give my divorce the attention that it needed. She did not return phone calls and refused to see me the day before court. Hire Ms Byrom only if you want to loose everything.

I have lost EVERYTHING and paid her a fortune to HELP my husband get EVERYTHING. Everyone wins but ME. The only good thing about her is her staff and she treats them like dirt. I hope I can recover and start my life over. I would have been better off without this soft spoken, lazy woman!
