I asked this attorney for help against a carpet cleaning company. He agreed to help me if I sent him $500.00 He stated he would write a letter to the carpet cleaner about his threatening to put me in prison and make me pay a fine. He cashed my check, but I don't think he wrote a letter because when I asked him to fax it to me, he ignored my request. He did not ask me in for a consultation, and when I try to talk, he cuts me off. He told me he would call upon return from a trip and he never did. He has a difficult time recalling what I said, and I don't think he should have taken my case if he didn't want to help. I paid $500.00 for what??? 3 short e-mails and 2 phone calls . I want my $500.00 back as I live on a retirement income
