Horrible lawyer. He didn't respond to numerous e-mails and phone calls. He didn't file my claim in a timely manner, but had no issue cashing my check. He has all my documentation and never sent it back to me, after he informed me that he had to unexpectedly retire. My case was almost determined, when the state finally sent me letters, saying that my lawyer hasn't responded to any correspondences. They recommended to me to obtain a malpractice attorney and file a claim against him. Do not use Edward Vopat, as he made a simple case a nightmare.
