The worst place ever...I spoke to Steven Bolen on the phone...paid him 2000...he put brian lum on my case who was a mess and filed 1 document for me...1!!!!.Then no phone calls returned and lying girls on the front desk telling you steven or brian were not in.then to my horror my divorced case was closed behind my back...Valerie half decent paralegal files a motion to vacate..the night before my hearing..Douglas Miller emails me to tell me my 2000 retainer was all gone and he would require another 1000 dollars to appear....i couldnt pay..so I had to represent myself in court...2000 dollars brought me 2 papers filed and sooooo much grief!!!!....BUT the worst thing to me was...I NEVER EVER MET STEVEN BOLEN!! THE ATTORNEY I HAD HIRED!

First rate, professional and honest. Handled my bankruptcy and divorce. Called me back at 6 a.m. on a Sunday. The best law firm I ever used and I wish I knew about them sooner.

He did a great job getting back to us BEFORE we signed on. After, he never returned emails or calls, and was more than ready to terminate our business relationship when I confronted him about it. DO NOT TRUST HIM!!!!

He is ripping me off, not returning phone calls or completing our trust paperwork. This man is unethical & crooked for starters. He took $600.00 of my money & has not completed the highschool quality trust that he promised 4 months ago. BUYERS BEWARE BAR ASSOCIATION SHOULD REMOVE THIS MAN FROM PRACTICE.

A. On 03 Nov 2008, I paid to finalize a divorce up front. B. On 04 Feb 2009, I sign all documents as Brian requested. C. On 06 June 2009, after a half a year nothing and they began ignoring my calls and concerns. D. On 13 Aug 2009, after prodding the office had me re-sign corrected errors which prevented the court from accepting my file. E. On 09 Oct 2009, Brain was refusing to answer my calls, I verified with Pomona Court house that no final judgment. I made an appointment but Mr John Franco canceled. F. On 19 October 2009, Monday I went to see Brian Lum, but after waiting and waiting Brain refused to speak with me so I called out “Brain Lum” from the front desk area and the Sheriff’s were called. After being frisked, Mr Franco came out to the curb and told me he did not want me there and did not want to do further business with me. He stated he would place a restraining order on me too. ULTIMATELY 22 OCT 2009, THE COURT REJECTED MY FINAL JUDGEMENT!

I hired him for my divorce case. For 5 months he has been telling me the case is being processed, I come to find out after I made a 5 minute call to the court house that it has not even been started. They are liers, and crooks and thiefs. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!

Since Sept 2007, Steve bolen took my credit card over the phone, big mistake, you should meet this jerk face to face, get his bar #, ID, and file a complaint with the state bar. Believe me they are crooks, the one good comment here is from them. DO NOT conduct any business with them, i'm out $2,000, and now have to start over with almost no financial resources. STAY AWAY FROM WALNUT PARALEGAL, Divorce & Family Law
Firm: Walnut Justice Center, STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

If we divide into two camps--even into violent and the nonviolent--and stand in one camp while attacking the other, the world will never have peace. We will always blame and condemn those we feel are responsible for wars and social injustice, without recognizing the degree of violence within ourselves. DO NOT HIRE THIS LAWYER! I paid approx. $2500.00 over 6 months ago to Steven Bolen, in Bankruptcy Filing Fees. And, to date, have NOT recieved a single response to my numerous phone messeges and e-mails inquiring as to the status of my case. From my understanding a Bankruptcy should take approx. 6 months to complete. I now have additional financial problems due to the lack of timeliness by this so-called lawyer Steven Bolen & Miller & Assoc. plus I am still recieving harrassing collection calls. I believed I had secured legal assistance, a professional lawyer/law office,
based on the fact that the company is offered through legal match and also state certified/approved. Now, not only am I still in the same, actually, even more so over-whelming, situation I also LACK FUNDS TO SEEK LEGAL ASSISTANCE ELSEWHERE!!! I am left no other alternative but to contact the state bar association, my local news media, Congressman etc.and hope to find an exponent.

This attorney will ask you to pay of front before he does anything and it will be a big mistake and you will fight for call backs that will never happen and forget emails he will not respond , the poeple working there at rude and the lawyer and the rest of his associates are pathedic and will do nothing but lie to your face . It will be the worst experience you will ever have with a attorney . Stay away.

Aggressive and effective. Worked diligently to get me custody of my kids. Available and on call 24 hours no matter when I called I always got him or he called me back. Went to 3 separate attorneys and got no results. Have recommended him enthusiastically.

They never call you regarding your case. They email you documents, but don't let you know they did, so when you call them; because you haven't heard from them in three weeks, that's when they tell you, they emailed you! When you ask why no one has returned your calls, they have excuses; "He's not in yet.", "he's with a client." and then you get "Oh he's not in today."! You will never speak to "the" lawyer. When you call, they ask what your calling in reference to? I'm the client shouldn't they know this? They took unauthorized money out of my account & I had to prove with bank statements what payments they took, so they could put it on record. This is a lawyer's office, shouldn't my payments already be on record?? They said they would be in touch with me in 24-48 hours and when I called back it changed to 48-72 hours. I just found the forms that I could file on my own online, I should've looked harder. I will never recommend this lawyers office to anyone, not even my worst enemy!
