In all of my years of knowing Dale, he has always been a tremendous help with both legal advice and counsel. I have never experienced any of the aforementioned issues mentioned in previous reviews, perhaps they were overly difficult clients. I have recommended Dale's services to several friends and associates in the past and have no reservations about doing so in the future.

Doesn't remember anything he says on the phone. Get everything in writing. He will deny anything that he doesn't like that he has said previously if it does not fit the next conversation. This guy is a complete moving target. His word cannot be relied upon.
