The documents for court produced by Rich and his staff are lacking quality. Rich is not timely in his work. Rich offers poor advice and leans toward favoring the outcome for the Father in custoday cases.

Very poor service, has no desire to concern himself with the actual need of the client and to what he is hired for. Has no problem taking monies from client,however has a problem showing up to court on time and prepared. cancels appointments less than one hour prior to appointment. Gives no regard to ethics. I retained Richard J Peters last July 2006, he fails to answer phone calls, and not return phone calls. He has cancelled several appointments over the year, for various reasons, with an hour window of the actual appointment. Showed up for a court hearing to which I myself came from out of state for late, and forgot his files. He is just simply not prepared,and shows no concern for the lack of.
