Worst Attorney Ever! Zuniger was to file the Res Order Rebuttal on the Wed before Court Date. That would have been ample time for everyone to review. He did not file it until after 4pm the Friday before! Judge immediately threw out my rebuttal & all of the witness and Psych’s statements stating not received on time.
I gave him a folder 3"s thick with tabs to show to the judge. He did not remember anything about my case. Pictures/other items were not even provided to judge. During cross exam of my ex, Zuniger stuttered not knowing what to ask. I should have fired him on the spot! When cross examining me, he stuttered & did not remember what to ask. When he called my witness he stuttered & did not ask the correct questions, thoroughly confusing him. Even the judge said at the end prior to her ruling that she saw my ex had anger issues but she could only judge the case on what was presented to her, implying Jesus Zuniger did not give her any evidence at all! DO NOT HIRE HIM!

He is disorganized and incompetent . He does not keep you up to date on your case. You have to do most of the research that should be done by him! He lies about court dates and when the dates come up, he doesn't contact you . When you finally reach him, you are told the court has rescheduled for a few more minus out. This keeps happening with excuse after excuse! His office is also not very organized and not knowledgable . He takes your money then does nothing to work for you. Please please do not hire this guy, he will string your simple case on for years!

I highly recommend their office for custody and support matters. From the consultation to the end I was always kept informed. Mr. Zuniga was aggressive, but professional. I was very satisfied.

Great Service. I highly recommend the Law Offices of Jesus Zuniga. The interview was very informative and they answered all my questions. My divorce went through in less than six months and I was not charged a lot of money. I was very satisfied and had no complaints.

I normally give below average ratings on poor service but the legal consultation I rec'd from him just gives all Family Law attys to shame. After I left his office, I felt that I just gave him $40 for just dropping by. During my consultation appt, his secretary made sure that she collected the consultation fee before I even made it into his office. When I explained to him of my situation, he did not seem to be knowledgeable of the legalities, he was sweating alot, and kept saying the word "uhmm". The only reason why I rated him a 1 on all others is because he didn't even come close to convincing me that he was capable of representing me or anyone. Although I could be wrong and he probably has some satisfied customers but as far as my experience with him goes, this is one of the worst legal consultation I've had. And I've been to 3.
