I have been filing all my immigration paperwork with these lawyers for years now. Their prices are reasonable and they care about the wellbeing of my family NOT JUST THE MONEY. I have referred over 10 people to the film and have yet to hear anything negative about them. Neil and Elizabeth do a great job of answering my questions. As far as their paralegals go, they are always nice and find a way to help me out or answer any questions about the paperwork of the people I have sent their way.

I worked with Elizabeth Ricci, and was very impressed with the service and value I recieved during my AOS process. Although they charge quite a bit, and for a flat fee, I found it hassle-free and knew that she was always available to answer any of my questions. I found that she was very easy to get in touch with, whether at her office, via skype, or even email. She made my AOS process very easy and would recommend her to anyone in need of immigration help.

These guys are alright as long as you pay them over and over again. If you are getting your green card or citizenship, Rambana and Ricci is not the right office for you. They are slow and put over 20 cases on one legal assistant. Poor guy rushes to do all the work. On the other hand, if you have a court hearing, Neil is a good attorney to be there for you. But, like I said, paperwork related issues, they are really slow and have lack of communication.

Usually with lawyers I have the experience I'm the one doing the works, so I feel sympathy for people who have to. Believe me I paid my fair share to all kinds of lawyers. In the case of Rambana and Ricci however, I can recommend them without the slightest hesitation. They reviewed my case in depth, they gave advice on how to enter my case, they went the extra mile on giving me advise on putting my dossier together, giving me options and perceptions I wouldn't have thought about in the first instance, et cetera. I experienced a level of partnering I haven't encountered in a long time. Rambana and Ricci are indeed nice persons, responsive and ready to answer your questions. They certainly not only have the knowledge but the experience as well on how to handle a case. They know the ropes. In short they and their staff did a very good job. I can't thank them enough. My husband hired this lawyer when he first came to Florida to help get him his green card. BIG MISTAKE! We paid him over $5000 and once he received his payment we were no longer a priority! did not answer calls, said would send letters but no proof that he did. The firm refused to file a lawsuit for us and Neil refused to speak with us, we had to deal with all the legal flunkies who know less than a rock! I ended up doing the lawsuit myself and got my husband his green card. No thanks to this firm or Neil Rambana! When asking for our files back from his office.. one of the flunkies told me that would cost $75!!! they are my papers! Haven't I given you enough money to do nothing?????? STAY AWAY!
