Strange behavior patterns make me question sanity and competency. Does not like women. Had my alimony cut in half. Did not keep me informed on state of retainer fee. Threatened to sue ME. Allowed husband's attorney to walk all over me. Chose mediator that he "knew" and that was a conflict of interests also. This is not a good man.

I hired Mr. Stephenson approx 15 years ago to collect on an obligation in the past and he was successful. Recently, again he was hired for a civil law suit against a different person that had an outstanding debt. Mr. Stephenson was successful at securing a judgment against the person who decided not to pay his outstanding debt.

Horrible! Worse than Horrible!UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES - DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY! My sister is 57 and mentally challenged, she has a 14 year old son who is 80% autistic. She had been married 21 years, her husband walked out on her leaving her no money. She is not able to get a job because of her mental disability and the fact that she has never worked and her son need 24/7 care. He attorney fees were $9000. She was stripped of everything. She was NOT awarded any of the community property, she was NOT awarded any money compensation for the community property, nor anything from her husbands business. She was NOT even awarded CHILD SUPPORT.
The only thing she received was the clothing she had and limited furniture in her possession and $400 a month spousal support for 20 months.
