Lawyer handles probate and child support cases. After my spouse past away, Kathryn Robbie was extremely helpful in making sure I wasn't held responsible for my spouses house mortgage. The house was not in my name and didn't want to take ownership. She had contacted the banks lawyer and had to appear in court on my behalf numerous times until the matter was settled. I would highly recommend her. She is thorough and follows thru until resolution.

Long custody battle and was way better off before I hired her. Dose not listen to client and dose her own thing. Would not fight at all.

Kathryn represented me during my second mediation and a year later, we returned to court to seek full custody of my children. She was always available on the phone or via email and responded to me promptly, reassuring me throughout the process. I was pleased with how responsive she was to my needs, always showing her commitment to me and my children. She is an effective, smart and compassionate attorney who knows how to explain the maze of the court system in a way any layman can understand. I never felt uniformed or unaware of the next steps or potential issues. She is sensitive, thoughtful and detail oriented. Above all she is a great human being who genuinely cares for her clients. I not only found an excellent attorney but a good friend.

Kathryn Robbie does not listen and she is only out to get you money. She puts non-refundable retainer in agreement which is not ethical. She argues blames.

This attorney came to court completely unprepared. She is easily flustered. It is almost impossible to get her on the phone but if she does return your calls she is in a hurry. You would be better off representing yourself....

Kathy Robbie is a cheat and liar. She told me that the good thing about hiring a lawyer is that now my problems would be her problems. She came nothing close to that. She wasted my retainer and never even got me a Court date. I would tell everyone to stay as far away as possible from this woman.
