We were trying to get legal custody of my granddaughter. Mr. Kratz and crew took almost two years to get custody for us. Every time we called to get an update, we got his answering machine or an associate who promised to relay the message but he didn't return our calls. He also asked for delays in the case because they didn't finish their research. We had so much time and money invested in him that we decided to stay with him instead of going to a different lawyer. If we had known how long this case was going to take for him, we would have gone to a different lawyer.

I met Mr. Kratz when my ex-wife hired him to oppose me in the dissolution proceedings. Even though she filed derogatory statements about me, he always maintained his professionalism. I was impressed with his honesty, integrity and straight-forwardness. He did not be-little me in court but simply presented his side of the facts during the proceedings. Even though we are/were "adversaries", I would recommend him anytime. He takes the higher road and does not play silly lawyer games.
