Used him for 7-unit investment ppty purchase, after being referred to him by my legal plan. Delays from him cost me 3 interest rate increases (a total 2 % points) + change in mtg terms from an 80% to a 75% loan, so I had to come up with an extra 5% down pmt. Charged me twice the market rate for services. Took 4 months from contract to close. (The very next day the mortgage lender pulled that mortage program!) Never explained or even apologized for his delays. Would be completely incommunicado for a week at a time, even when repeatedly contacted by email, v-mail and secretary's message, telling him time was of the essence. His paralegal Cathy was just as unhelpful and untimely in her communication.
