I used him and he lied to me during divorce. He was repersenting my exwifes boyfriend in a robbery case that involved my exwife as well.now how is that poasible?? Matter of fact its highly illegal. He needs to be held accountable for this and disbarred. Love to hear from u soon randy. And this time no p.i. watching me please. Thanks will be hearing from my lawyer very soon

Sub par attorney. Does not adequately prepare for court. Flies by the seat of his pants and then blames his client when he loses. Loud and obnoxious in court to cover his lack of preparation. The less $$ he spends to prepare for court the more $$ (the $$ you pay him to prepare and represent you) he puts into his pocket.

This so called lawyer took 10,000 dollars from me and didn't bother to show up in court. He has done this to four other people. He is abusive and mean. I suggest do not call him. You will be sorry.

Within his own legal community Randy Thomas is the butt of many jokes. Known to take many, many cases for a flat fee retainer, does 0 work so your money stays in HIS pocket. Retain him at your own peril.

I have used Mr. Thomas on three different occasions in the past 14 years. He is the best lawyer around! I have recommended him to several of my friends and all were extremely happy. From saving my drivers license to dealing with a bad break up, to dealing with a person who ran me over he has always represented me with 110% commitment. If I am ever in need of a lawyer again The Law Offices Of Randy Thomas will be the first that I call.

Randy was wonderful in getting Allstate to pay out after our daughter was hit head-on by an at fault driver. He also cut his fee in half, getting UCD Med Center and Kaiser to do the same, so that our daughter received a higher settlement to begin her recovery and return to a quality life. We are unsure why some other reviewers have had unsatisfactory experiences with Randy, but we were certainly VERY happy.

Randy is a terriable lawyer, i don't know how he has stayed in practice so long!. He verbally abuses, yells, and has no communication skills, he doesn't show up at hearings for his clients, he should not being practicing any kind of family law!!He is a total jerk that thinks he is superior to women. I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy!!!!.How does he sleep at night? i guess it's true... the evil never rest. People don't invest your time or money into this man, he will take your money and run!!!

Mr. Thomas does come across as a bit arrogant, with good reason, he is able to perform in a courtroom. We personally got every cent worth of our (investment). Our family is back together & it would have happened if not for the tenacity of all of the employees of Mr. Thomas' office & especially our investigator Louis Galindez in Modesto. As stated in a previous rating I would & have placed my families lives in these very capable hands

This fine gentleman was able to beat the Merced County DA's office. Prove that they had the wrong man in custody and had a jury of 12 give a not guilty verdict to Mr. Bobby Thompson. Mr. Thomas was able to get a not guilty after a second try.. January Mistrial..
I would trust this man with my life!

Verbally abusive! Lazy and sloppy. Generally does little or no preparation for court and wings it. I wasn't from here and 2 people good thing about and they have since regretted their recommendation and would VERY MUCH like to see this attorney disbarred. I agree. Someone in the SJ County Bar or the Office of Chief Trial Counsel/Intake for the California State Bar need to act now and prevent further abuse and just plain rotten lawyering by this attorney. Crooked doesn't say enough.
Have a look at www.stocktoncourt.org ... search civil cases for his name.
Were someone to organize against this attorney, I would come forward. Others are fearful of this attorney and would need assurance their actions would not get/be derailed by this attorney in retaliation.
Stop this attorney from (not) practicing law. Get him retired, jailed or disbarred.
