Bryan Lyda will lie, inflate his abilities, threaten and then overcharge. Do not have anything to do with him. He is a real estate attorney and should not be trusted to handle any other matters. He is a wold in sheep's clothing. Save your money for a good decent attorney.

Brian represented us on our NY closing and it went smooth. He also work to get our mechanics lien removed. He was successful in getting it removed and our money back we had to put in escrow to close. Would recommend Brian.

Unethical. Rip-off. Mental case. Cruel, nasty human being. The embodiment of everything wrong with lawyers. He will miss deadlines with the court and then not have the guts to tell you to your face that HE messed up. Will avoid talking to his clients at all costs. Has no business being in solo practice as he KNOWS NOTHING and has very little experience. He will take your case (AND YOUR MONEY) even if he knows you have no chance of winning and then later blame you for the situation (after he's taken all your money and run up billable hours doing "research" since he doesn't actually know anything). BEWARE! BEWARE! His babymomma is in practice with him and she is a money-hungry shark, so watch out for her too!
