He is screwing my wife while representing her in our divorce proceeding. Amazing a MARRIED man sleeping with my wife during a divorce case while trying to state I wasnt a good husband.

I researched attorneys through AVVO and thought he would be a great fit for our high litigation family law case. He is great at conversations and will talk with you forever, then charge you. I should have known he was great at talking himself up when he failed to file our first request at the time he specified and didn't, was a red flag. He over charged us and couldn't explain his fees and we haven't even gone to court. Very unfortunate & disappointing experience.

John is an outstanding attorney who represented me in my divorce and child custody trial. He went in with a winning attitude and the results were awesome. I can never thank him enough for giving my daughter the future she deserves,I can only hope that he continues in helping others, I highly recommend him for all family law issues, God Bless.

John r. Gaertner is the worst lawyer you can ever retain. He represented my brother and was unprepared and was not knowledgeable about the case. john defense was terrible. I would not recommend him to anyone.

John was late to my child support hearing and was unprepared for it. And he was in a hurry to finish up the case because he had another hearing to go to!

He did service me and my case. His office staff is disrespectful and rude. I had an open and close case and he messed it up. Over charges and uncaring.
