I am a local doctor who would refer patients to Ogle Elrod and Baril. They would always ask for a reduction in my bills because there quality of work was so poor that the insurance companies would offer very little to settle a claim. If there client would not agree to settle for chicken scratch, The law firm would drop them. They did not want the bother of trying the case in court.I believe because there skills in the court room are very limited(zombies)and they NO IT. No other attorneys in town would represent them because of the major screw up that Ogle Elrod and Baril had done to there case. Now these innocent people have a worthless case due to these crappy attorneys but still owe out of there pocket hospital and doctor bills. Some had to file Bankruptcy because of this. I felt so sorry for them and that is why I would never again refer to that Law firm. BEWARE OF THESE SO CALLED ATTORNEYS!!!

Did an excellent job on my case and kicked my ex husband's a$$. I got my house and my kids and even the dog! Reasonable, competent and great to work with. Would highly recommend.

In my experience with this "attorney"....He came across as the strong willed and "client best interest" type of attorney. Once the retainer was paid, I heard from rarely over the course of over a year. After losing everything, I never even so much as got an exceptable reason as to how this resulting effect took place. I have somewhat dealt with what I feel was ill representation. Nevertheless, I still recieved timely communication with respect to getting his invoices in the mail. At this point the only action I feel I can take is to try to make others seeking fair, knowledgable counsel that they should research his service background carefully before making any life changing decisions.

Talks a big game and then fumbles the ball. Disappears with your money and will not return calls. If you decide to give him your case you might want to keep this web site handy www.tbpr.org. Gave a retainer fee of $5000.00 but claimed I still owed him money. After 15 months - my child support still has not been modified. He still charged me. My exhusband sent my child to school with codeine and I had to convince him that this was not a good thing. He failed to disclose neglect issues to the judge which caused the case to get dismissed then decided he did not want to handle the case anymore. My children and I are devastated. We have no more money to toss away to attorneys like him. Oh yeah, this guy has no boundaries - he will even quote scripture from the Bible.
