Lacks all integrity no matter which side he sits in court. Lacks ethics, dragging out motions to inflate his income. Shocked he has not been disbarred as he didn’t learn from his censuring. The pure fact he is still practicing well past retirement age is telling.

Mr. Lalliss has cost my family tens of thousands of dollars through incompetence, procrastination and poor work. He is now representing his daughter against his former son-in-law and client of 18 years in their divorce. This lawyer has no ethics and is severely lacking in moral character. He is currently under investigation by the State Bar of Arizona and has been recommended for Censure by the Disciplinary Council of the Arizona State Supreme Court. He is also in Bankruptcy and facing additional charges from clients he has defrauded and deceived. These matters are all available in public records and on the internet.
