Mr Podolnick represented my business on several commercial transactions. I found him professional and most competent. I have worked with several large law firms who are billing machines and Mr Podolnick was referred to me by a Judge in North Jersey. I am a believer in retaining the best lawyer, not the biggest firm and he is one of the best I have retained. Quality at reasonable rates!

The first rating on this site for Podolnick must be related to him. He is a lying moron who has "little man syndrome". He tries to act like big shot when in reality he's a lying little pipsqueak who has no idea how to represent someone.

WE HAD MR PODOLNICK DRAW UP PAPERS TO CONVERT OUR DUPLEX INTO A CONDO. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT, AND REASONABLE IN FEES.

He told me in the courtroom its a man's world. He told me he lets his paralegals do his work because they only bill at $160.00 an hour. He told me that if I didn't sign a real estate contract that the Judge could fine me, hold me in contempt or even send me to jail! He removed documents from my file and did not return them to me. He failed to act on my behalf in every instance. He has failed to document expenses. He told me to vacate my executrix status and attendant commission in order to secure land I already owned!

Mr. Podolnick is dishonest, rude, incompetent and his position as Guardian ad litem for my mentally incapacitated Mother resulted in severe physical, emotional, and financial distress. My Mother will never recoup all of her losses due to his disregard for her. In my opinion he should be disbarred from the legal profession and I would love to sue him for all the pain he has caused my Mother. The problem is trying to find an Attorney who truly is honest. It's impossible!!!
