Mr. Howard is an excellent attorney. I had fortunately never had to seek the assistance of an attorney in the past. A friend who also happens to be an attorney recommended that I contact Mr. Howard. Mr. Howard and his staff handled my case in a very professional manner. He explained everything in terms that I was able to understand. He or a staff member would return my phone calls or emails almost immediately and they were consistently giving me updates. Mr. Howard advised and fought for things that I did not even know that I should ask for. He is one tough lawyer and does not back down from what is best for his client. Mr Howard handled my divorce. He was the second attorney I had to hire. I wish I had hired him first. He is professional and knows what he's doing. Mr. Howard finalized my divorce 7 years ago. When I had a modification issue arise, he met with me for 30 minutes at no charge to go over some of the details and give me some good sound advice for which I am very grateful. His staff is kind and helpful as well. Highly Recommend!

Mr. Howard is an outstanding attorney. He and his staff have excellent communication skills. Phone calls and emails are returned promptly. Mr. Howard explains everything in terms that anyone can understand and follows up with email that you can revert back to at anytime. He listens carefully to your concerns and addresses them immediately with knowledge and compassion. He was highly recommended by several people I talked to before choosing an attorney. I almost lost custody of my sons because of Mr. Howard. He failed to inform me of one court date until the morning of. He had a pessimistic outlook without giving any reasons or advice. I had to call him repeatedly to get any info about my case. I finally had to dismiss him, losing all of my retainer.

I have had occasion to use Mr. Howard's services several times over the last 15 years regarding various business, professional, and traffic matters. I can't believe some of the reviews I'm reading on here. In my personal experience, he is absolutely the best lawyer and I would not go to anyone else. I was in a motorcycle accident with an injury to the knee as well as a totalled Ducati. Yeah, I said it, a Ducati. ouch! Anyways, I went to several other lawyers before I got to Gil. The other lawyers were very unhelpful and said that my case was tough and that I was unlikely to get anything out of it. Boy, were they wrong. I luckily met Gil as I drove down the street and saw his sign. Gil took my case with no excuses. The reason that I really like Gil is because he took really good care of me and he knew what he was doing. Everytime I went to see Gil, he would SHOW me what he did and what he was going to do next. There was always progress with my case. This explains why I also got my settlement in such a short amount of time. I was a student at Kennesaw when this happened. Gil also helped me get my teaching job. Thanks again Gil!
