Ed handled a property purchase for me. He appeared to be very friendly in the initial consultation and offered to let me phone him at home if I have any questions at all. But that friendliness soon evaporated after we firmed up for his service. In the process of the property transaction, I had a few questions, and phoned him at the office. Out of the three times I phoned, I got to talked to him one time, the other two times I got to talked with his assistant. I'm very sensitive about phoning people at home about business, but since Ed offered to call him at home if I have any questions, I phoned one Saturday. He returned my call and gave an earful about disrupting his weekend. I was very surprised at his reaction. Hey, BIG SHOT lawyer. You got my business this time but never again. I learned my lesson.
