my husband and I hired him too do our bankruptcy in nov.2006 we have called and called and left messeges each time he did not responed to my calls. And my husband I had paid him over a $1000.00. So I wouldn't use him if you can find him.

I hired this lawyer last September (2006), to pursue a modification of child custody and visitation. I paid the filing fee and made several payments toward his fee. Here it is 11 months later and he has not done one single thing. I have written numerous letters over the past several months and he has not replied to a single one. I have given him an ultimatum to get moving or else. I have also decided to file a grievance with the Oklahoma County Bar Association. I cannot stress strongly enough, you DO NOT want this lawyer representing you!
