We do not feel our eviction and repo of our property was timely at all. She delayed filing papers, some calls never returned, typo mistakes that required refiling, and according to many other developers/RE investors she is very expensive. If you have to repo a home you have sold just go offer the person $2000. to move and leave the place broom clean. Wash. state law is totally against you and very protective of people who refuse to pay thier house payments. If I ever buy any more rental houses in Wa. the tenants will have to have very high credit rating. Ms. Jones slowness in getting papers filed just made everything a nightmare.
