Collects consumer debts on behalf of credit card companies. Doesn't believe that any of the consumer protection laws, like the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, apply to her or her firm. Routinely engages in unprofessional and unethical behavior. What's worse, she has no idea on how to practice law, such as what the contents of a motion should contain.
