Click to report rating    3/12/09   1     1     1     1     1   He is a very smart attorney but an ass as a human being. He preys on people while they are the most vulnerable. Everyone just lets him be. No one ever stops him. He makes a laughing stock out of the court system and they do nothing. But then again, no one does RID: 16425
Click to report rating    3/8/09   5     5     5     5     5   Robert C. Horvath's only part he is playing in illegal gaming, is stopping it. RID: 16334
Click to report rating    1/25/09   1     1     1     1     1   This lawyer was previously suspended for running an illegal auto parts ring, why he was not disbared, I don't know. He is now involved in illegal gambling rings, he is partners with a known gaming operator and together they have been extorting people for money. He threatens people with never ending legal troubles if they don't give him an absurd amount of money weekly. Horvath abuses the court system and makes the judges look like clowns in his circus. In his latest lawsuit, Horvath and his team has been verbally and physically abusive to the people involved in the case. He knows how to twist the law in his favor and ruin innocent peoples lives. RID: 15277
Click to report rating    8/7/07   1     1     1     1     1   The panel found that the petitioner did not have a proper understanding of and attitude toward the standards imposed on members of the bar, that he would not conduct himself in conformity with those standards in the future, and that petitioner could not now be safely recommended to the public, the courts or the legal profession as a person fit to be consulted by others. The petitioner had not accepted personal responsibility for the crime for which he was convicted and was not forthright in answering questions regarding his actual involvement in the crime. Based upon the amount of restitution ordered by the U. S. District Court, the petitioner had a far greater involvement in the conspiracy than he would admit. The panel also reported that the petitioner did not appear to have a cohesive plan to practice law, had no plans to carry professional liability insurance and presented no expectation of employment as a practicing attorney in the event he was reinstated.
