Paul Heller is an incompetent lawyer, who is often rude and racist to his clients. He worked on my H1-B case and it was the worst experience in my life. He never returned phone calls. And when I did talk to him, he was always blowing me off and refusing to give status updates. He constantly increased my fees for every little thing, and since he was working on my case and I had already paid him money, I felt I had no choice but to just pay his additional fees. I felt totally taken advantage off.
Also, I looked him up on the California Bar website. He totally has lied about where he went to law school. The California Bar site says he graduated from California Western School of Law in San Diego. This is NOT the same as Hastings College of Law in SF as he claim his profile. This seems unethical to me.

I would never recommend him to anyone. Please stay away from this lawyer.
