I needed an honest opinion. As hard as it was accepting it, Richard gave me the truth. I did not end up hiring a lawyer because it would have been a waste of money. All the other lawyers I spoke with told me they could get me this and that. When in reality my case wouldn't be any different with or without counsel. Thank you for your honesty Richard.

Richard always told me the truth up front. No matter whether it was good or bad he never sugar coated anything. He fought for me and kept me informed of my case constantly. In need of a legal help quickly, we contacted Richard Gaxiola. He answered our phone call and listened to all we had to say. After our conversation and getting a better understanding of what needed to be done, Richard set up a weekend meeting to discuss the case further, impressive!

Very pleased with Richard's handling of my case. Was being harrassed by Arizona Gang Task Force and the judicial system was filling suit. I was criminally charged in 2 seperate courts and a grand jury indictment. All charges were dismissed due to Richards case presentation and knowledge. Would recommend him to represent any criminal case!

A couple years ago, Rich handled a small matter for me and successfully got my case dismissed! I was so relieved. It was my first time retaining an attorney and i honestly expected to have the type of attorney i always hear about - one who doesnt keep you informed, doesnt seem like they care, etc but rich completely changed my expectation. He always called me with something new or when he just wanted to let me know something about my case

I consulted with Richard Gaxiola for a DUI matter. In the end, I did not retain him because my matter could not be resolved by an attorney due to the fact that the outcome would have been the same with or without representation. However, I was extremely impressed by his honesty and legal knowledge. I really felt like he wasnt "just another lawyer out to make a buck". He is very a smart and aggressive attorney, he has helped myaunt with a civil case against police department where they sezied her money from her and this case could have been a potential criminal case if she lost the civil, and he took case to trial and won police paid back all her money. He is a great attorney!
