Mr Sidweber started working on my case immediately before getting his retainer. My case was extremely difficult and he was honest and ethical (unlike the other two attorneys I hired before him). He made himself available even after hours, and everyone is his office is very professional and empathetic.

Sidweber will drag a case out and create issues without real benefit to your case. He does whatever is necessary to "fight" over trivial things to further his financial gain at the expense of your assets and relationship with your ex-spouse. His goal is only to generate income at the expense of whatever is left of your relationship with your ex-spouse. This is particularly concerning in divorces involving children where the best interests of the child should be a priority. It isn't because the priority is always Sidweber's income. Instead, he will encourage you to "fight" your spouse over pennies while he bills you thousands. In the end your relationship with your ex will be worse than ever and your children will suffer for it. Truth be told Sidweber is knowledgable and tenacious but do not for a second think that he is working for you or your children.

Mr. Sidweber handled my divorce case in 2007. He did an amazing job and was very efficient as an attorney. A year later I went back to Mr. Sidweber for a relocation custody case. I cannot say enough good words about Mr. Sidweber. Words cannot express my gratitude for handling my case the way he did. Mr. Sidweber's professionalism and knowledge of the law is what made me go back to his office a second time. His office checked up on me, emailed me daily, kept me updated, and returned all my phone calls. I highly recommend him for any case.

Mr. Sidweber represented me in my divorce. He was agressive, very ethical, and trustworthy. My phone calls were promptly returned, and the final result was great. His fees were very fair in light of the difficult issues with my case. I would strongly recommend him for anyone with a family law problem.

Mr. Sidweber is an outstanding, caring attorney. During my very difficult divorce, he and his firm worked tirelessly for me and he was able to negotiate a settlement that I'm extremely pleased with. His staff members were always very polite and reassuring. It was a very difficult time and I'm very happy to have had the excellent legal services of Robert Sidweber. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs legal advice for any family law matters.
