I would never recommend Atty. Pat Dwyer to anyone regarding a divorce case. He did not listen to me and seemed more interested in taking my ex husbands side in every aspect of the case. He is a poor negotiator who seemed to avoid confrontation with the opposing atty. and Judge at all cost. His rates are exaggerated and it cost me a small fortune which I paid for nothing. I believe that he is misogynistic and arrogant. Please spare yourself the frustration that I went through and use another attorney.

Pat worried more about my ex-husband than my daughter and me. He refused to freeze his assets or make him account for assets he previously moved to his name. The final decree he tried to change to give my ex-husband more custody of my daughter.

Pat did my divorce almost 4 years ago and did a great job. I am in child custody battle years later and i chose to hire Pat once again. I would highly recommend Pat and this firm. Pat communication is very good and he knows the law very well. All the motions I have asked for have been filed and I am very pleased with the results thus far.

Pat handled my divorce in 2002. After reading his ratings I felt compelled to write my review. I would Highly recommend him and have. I would definitely use him again if I needed an attorney. He listened to me. He helped me through one of the most stressful times in my life. The final settlement was fair for both parties. He's a fair man. He knows his stuff and he doesn't put up with nonsense.

Pat Dwyer embodies all that is wrong with the legal system. He is a sick man. He preys on the most distraught people in our state. He manipulates his clients for his own financial gain no matter what pain is inflicted on families at one of the worst times of their lives. I have heard him YELL at his clients during negotiations. He makes up stories and has NO credibility within the legal community. He is both foul mouthed, viscious and unpleasant. He coaches football in Glastonbury Connecticut and parents refuse to let their kids play if he is their coach. Do not use him if you want to be taken seriously by the court court.
