This entire firm has proven to be disorganized, unprofessional and has poor communication skills. When they answer the phone and you ask for a name of who is speaking, the answer is "I am the one who answer's phones." My husband inquired a week ago about his immigration case. He was advised to start the process all over again. Our latest experience today was horrible and lacked any professionalism. We asked for a copy of record in our file and was told by the "one who answers the phone" to pick up the copy at 2:30. When we arrived the paralegal (Eve) said we never called to arrange the pickup (although she had our file pulled and directly in front of her) She was very rude and displayed a horrible attitude. She began making copies, slaming stacks of paper onto the desk and gave me a paper cut. Her behavior was unacceptable and I told her she needed to show some professionalism and that I would be contacting her boss on Monday! "You just go ahead and do that!" was her reply.
