Mr. Coluzzi is an amazing lawyer and, and incredible man. He goes above and beyond his duties for all of his clients. I know him on a professional basis, and I know him from an animal rescue group, (yes he rescues animals). I highly recommend him, and commend him on being such a caring and giving man. The pro-bono work he does for the under-priviliged, goes beyond words. It's a shame there is even 1 negative false comment about him! I salute you Mr. Coluzzi, and all the people at THE PAW HOUSE rescue group are lucky to call you friend.

This real estate attorney is the reason the real estate market in our country has collapsed! He is a total fraud who has financially devestated many middle class citizens and has stolen millions of dollars from banking institutions. After 3 years of litigation, he was found guilty of 3 fraud charges & breach of fiduciary duty in Nassau Supreme Court. Do not trust this person. He will do anything (no matter how unethical) for the mighty dollar.

I am shocked to see a negative rating for Mr. Coluzzi. I have only good things to say about him and his staff. I found them to be knowledgable, professional, and most importantly, easily accessible to answer all my questions. They made the process of selling my home a positive experience; even when problems came up with Title issues that could have delayed my closing, they worked diligently to rectify the issues. I would highly recommend Anthony Coluzzi.
