Mr. Myszkowski was very respectful, knowledgeable, considerate, and explained things very clearly during our mediation/facilitation. He has a very quick mind and readily expanded on pro's/con's of our issues offering additional ways to think through things to reach agreement. I was told that I would leave mediation angry but that was not the case - instead I left mediation with a clearer understanding of issues and positions. I think that anyone going into mediation can be well served by Mr. Myszkowski if they are ready to listen and move forward. I would highly recommend Mr. Myskowski and am thankful for his assistance.

Has absolutely no interest in whats best for the child or children. Zenon is blatently bias againt women in all regards.

Mr. Myszkowski was rude and demeaning to me in ‘facilitation’ and Arbitration, and clearly displayed favoritism to my husband and his attorney in the demeaning way he spoke to me and by his decisions. He did not get supporting bank documents from my husband to back up any of what my ex told him. Zenon just believed my ex-husband in spite of my protest. Of course my ex-husband lied which was obvious when I finally Subpoenaed the bank documents. Zenon did not make changes to the Marriage Settlement Agreement itself but wrote out his changes on a sheet of paper and it was inconsistent with the body of the Marriage Settlement Agreement and which he clearly had not read completely. When I pointed out problems with what he wrote, he would not make changes and said I can go to court if I disagreed (he knew I did not want to go again to court and spend more money on attorney fees). I used Zenon for my divorce back in 1984. He was fantastic. He was on top of issues, a great listener and kept in contact continuously! He was also the attorney for Sterling Black and Sterling Title Company. I'm glad to hear he is still practicing law.

I could not believe how awful this attorney is. He has no idea of the law and does not even understand the basics. It is a waste of money using him to represent you! At times we thought he was asleep! Terrible.

Mr. Myszkowski was facilitator at 2 different facilitations with 2 different attorneys in my Divorce.
He did not waste any time or money. As soon as it was evident, he advised me,
both times that the facilitation was a farce and the respondent had no intention of settling.
He was recommended by 4 different ethical attorneys.
His knowledge was clear and concise.
The Judge in the later hearing also respected Mr. Myszkowski. He was kind and honest.
I greatly appreciate his professionalism.

totally worthless. have been trying to mediate for the last 7 months even with a court order. spent thousands of dollars. just in it for the money and now he is retireing, relinquishing my case, but i guess that retiement for the rest of us is a good thing.

My experience with Zenos is one that he is very docile in the court room and has a tendency to continue stir issues up so that a case has no ending. I can only presume this is a ploy for the money to continue to come in.

In it for the bucks. My lawyer's advice: Work out an arrangement with your [ex], bring it to me and I'll file it. Myszkowski's advice to my [ex]: Don't discuss anything financial with her. "Family" law, I think not!
