The law office staff will not share information freely. Once I submit doctor's statement will not respond to what they will do it. They will not tell me what they submitted to other party. They always say they are handling, but never specifically say what they do. They are not up front but consistently ambiguous.

This guy is arrogant , phony and overbearing just to mention a few of his attributes. He hires these pretty girls and pays them to say good things. The public is tired of watching his egotistic commercials. If he has accumulated any wealth he has spent a good portion of it blowing his own horn

worst experience with a lawyer ever. He is good at marketing, but that is it. Incompetent and slow. You will get more money on your own and not have to pay their outrageous fee. do your homework, you can do MUCH better than these clowns.

It's been a whole year, my friend and I were hit by a car who ran a red light while we were parked. We contacted Kenn Nunn, since then we never ever spoke with him only to his daughter and God knows who else of kin he has working with him in that office. They are rude and treat you like crap Stephanie acts as if she's sick of you asking her questions, out of a year I've talked more to the VOICEMAIL. I was told "we have a good case"but now that we are about to settle they acting as if we did something wrong and how I have all these medicals bills and how I have to pay them. And I can rest assurey insurance paid some of the bills. I'm so ready to end this with these fake Billy Jean attorneys. I have had it I'll never recommend my dog to KENN NUNN AMD I WISH I WAS WARNED !! STOP LYING TO PEOPLE..

I have nothing but appreciation and respect for Ken Nunn and the staff of The Ken Nunn Law Office. My questions were always answered, I was never made to feel as though I was bothersome or a burden when I called. Ken, and his staff are professionals in every sense of the word, but they look out for their clients like they are family members. I highly recommend this firm and Ken Nunn to anyone who needs an attorney in their area of expertise because they are the best.

They did an excellent job with my sons case. I don't think anyone else could of took the case I had and they did an excellent job of handling it. They always kept me informed and they fought for us till the end. Because of them we won our case and I couldn't ask for better people. They treated us like family and understood how important it was to us to win. They always had our best interest at hand and never doubted what we had to say. They are amazing people and i would recommend them to anyone that had the same issue we had. I appreciate them for all they have done. Again, excellent staff that treats you with respect and understands everyones situation.

Ken Nunn's Law Office handled my case several years ago! The entire staff went above and beyond what was expected of them! Their entire staff became more like family than our attorneys!! Ken Nunn, Troy Rivera and our Paralegals Stacie Sons and Stormi Scherschel Jones were fantastic and not only helped us with our case but again went above and beyond checking on us and making sure we were ok! I would definely recommend this law office to anyone looking for a good caring firm to represent you! They also are strong, hard working knowledgeable amazing attorneys who put 100% into winning our case!

Ken's staff were wonderful to me during this period of time after my accident. I was finally able to resume working and unfortunately had a "bill collector" call me at work one day. When I mentioned that Kens staff were my legal group, she immediately began naming Ken's staff by first name and was familiar with all of them. When I revealed one of the staff she mentioned was working for my case, she said she would call this person. I never heard from the "bill collector" again. I highly recommend Ken and his staff as they are absolutely invaluable and helpful throughout the predicament I was in.

I saw his ad on tv it was very promising saying "made the right call to me" He can give the right protection to the family etc. So we did call hoping he can help us. We were told by the rep we will receive a call regarding the case. We received a call saying they won't take the case because they won't get enough money from it, that there will not be enough money to cover their cost. Well, I didn't know they have a specific amount for a charge. I thought it's per percentage/portion of the total settlement. I was so disappointed and dismayed by how we were treated. I thought justice is suppose to be fair. We felt like we were treated so unfairly and discriminated. We also received a mail from them. It's another advertisement with this card saying if we have friends who needs help to refer to them. Why would I??

This lawyer and his attorneys which includes his daughter are all crooks out of a 40,000 dollar claim my friend and I ONLY RECEIVE A TOTAL OF $5,500 and im left to pay all my medical expenses.its best to work your own cases he a big crook.....

My wife was in a car accident will soon be three years.We hired this lawyer and we had to fire him because he was not getting anything done,so we hired Ken Nunn.One thing it took him a long time to do anything.My wife will have chronic pain the doctor says the rest of her life.She got a settlement of 7,575.31 out of a big settlement 75000.Do I need to say anything else.

This guy is a JOKE he should have a -10 rating. I was in a left turn lane facing north. A car came south in a left turn lane and hit me. She should have been in the south bound lane.I contacted Ken Nunn and was told to keep track of everything the doctor did. My surgery meds and therapy. When her insurance company wanted to go to court. All of my paper work was sent back to me. I was told to find another lawyer. I got nothing . And I tell everyone not to contact him if they need a lawyer because they'll have NONE!

Having been involved in a car accident, Ken Nunn Law Office looked after our case, everyone we dealt with were fantastic, they helped us through every step of the legal process that ensued. At all points during the case, they were by my side, helping with any questions and issues we had, and ultimately their persistence, determination and hard work, helped us achieve the result we deserved in Court. We would have no issue in referring Ken Nunn Law Office to anybody and should we have any need to use a Law Office in the future, the first name on my list would be Ken Nunn.

what should you do when they tell you at the beginning of your law suit not to sign a medical release with the insurance co. They will go back and get your child hood medical records and Know they have sent me papers to sign so the insurance co. can get all medical records. They make me very Leary I have never dealt with a lawyer before.

PLEASE DO NOT use this lawyer or his law firm associates. We tried to get a case for wrongful death, after 4 years they said that they will not represent us anymore after taking hefty fees from compensation that we definitely needed due to death from the accident that was recovered from the insurance. However, they did not recover any more for the wrongful death suit. I will NOT recommend them to anyone. As the good Lord Jesus says: "Woe unto you also, ye lawyers! for ye lade men with burdens grievous to be borne, and ye yourselves touch not the burdens with one of your fingers" Luke 11:46

"Calling Ken" will be the worst mistake you make. He did nothing for me. I was in an accident and it wasn't my fault. I barely got my doctor bills paid and they didn't seem to even try to get anything else. Bad mistake I should have researched this person! My advice... call anyone before you call Ken!!

This law firm is not a good law firm. Anyone Injured should not go here. I am a disabled veteran of the U.S. military and was in an accident where the police report stated it was the other driver's fault. Pictures taken clearly shows the other person's fault. Ken Nunn's office was terrible to work with. The person on my case was always leaving early for lunch, coming back late from lunch and leaving the office early. They never had the right information on my case and said they would not file a lawsuit clearly on the fact the other person said that the POLICE REPORT was wrong they did not feel they could win. They don't care about people only EASY money. They are not the "BEST", if they were they could easily win my case.

Thsi law firm is a joke and that was confirmed when they tracked me down after an accident and told me it was an easy case and i needed to see their chiripractor. after several weeks of having no car nor rental and building up medical bills they sent me a letter stating they are dropping my case. I didnt know why, the police report showed it was the other person fault. After speaking with my insurance agent and them telling me that insurance companys like when people use firms like this because they will deny the claim because they know they only chase claims that won put up a fight.. I did however get a real atty and was awarded $18,000.00. I hope no one uses the Ken Nunn law firm because they dont seem to care about anything but a easy buck.

Nunn's office staff are rude, prevaricate a lot, and always treat you as a second class citizen. HE will always get his 1/3 of the settlement, you're lucky to get 1/16. Would NOT recommend him for any one for any reason. Horrible experience with him. Out of a $9500.00 settlement I received $978.14, he got $3600.00+. I DID NOT GET 1/3!! He took over a year to get that. After I signed the paperwork for the settlement, I was supposed to have received my check within 30 days. Been well over that and I still have no check. Somebody should sue Ken Nunn for dirty tactics and lies. If you would like to contact him call 1-800-GET-NONE!!!

they were mostly polite, but told me to do things that they later told me i shouldn't have. my settlement was for roughly $2000.00, my check i received was for $175.00. they definitely don't take just the 60% they claim too. i would not go through ken nunn again.

Doesn't do anything you can't do for yourself unless they know it's a sure win and they can get most of the money. Sent out 2 letters to an address, but could not find the person who has a valid TN driver license and lives in the next county over. I guess it would be too much to do a little work to earn the money.

Please listen-- Ken Nunn will just take your money. Once we were done with our case (the medical information and expences were sent to the insurance company) only then did Ken Nunn staff tell us that the insurance company will only pay up to 30% of the medical expenses. We paid them for nothing. I could have sent the insurance company the medical expenses and figured out what 30% of the amount was. They do not take the insurance company to court, they simply do what you could do yourself. They took a huge portion of my husband's settlement and I could have done all that myself. Please do not waste your time and esoecially your money. Work with the insurance company yourself and save yourself a bunch of money that Ken Nunn would love to take. I get so sick of his commercials, when he just does what only half way intelligent person can do.

In 2004 they represented us in an accident and failed us with high exspectations and false promises. We went through 3 attorneys with-in the firm and each one treated our case differntly. Mr Nunn said the case was worth millions and his associates warned us of the case and its flaws, we could have settled earlier for far more than what we ended up with, Mr Nunn was paid more for representation that he never came through with. I personnaly would not recommend his firm for anything, and for his ads on tv there are misleading as to the promise that he will get what you deserve. He actually promises things he cannot fullfill.

One year after the loss of our one and only child we recieved a letter in the mail saying they could not represent us. They gave us high hopes all along. very poor in keeping in touch with us.
