I was referred to Ms. Temple, called on a specific date, and never heard back. Called 2 weeks later to follow up; Troy insisted I never called and didn't like being questioned, was going to hang up on me. Then found where I did call, and he wrote it down, just not on the computer. Still arguing with me as if I had been in the wrong. I stated he wasn't representing Ms. Temple very well. He also told me my judgment amount was less than their minimum and I asked why they didn't say that 2 weeks ago. Got on the phone with Ms. Temple and she immediately stated they weren't accepting clients and also stated they didn't take clients with judgments less than 10k. I asked why they didn't tell me this 2 weeks ago and her reply was "Well I didn't call you back so obviously you should have moved on to someone else". Perhaps, but why is this business lacking any type of professionalism? Troy can't admit he was wrong and would rather hang up on me. I hope Ms. Temple hires better representation
