Brent is an amazing attorney who genuinely cares about his clients. We were referred to him by family and have referred numerous family and friends since. Each of our referrals has been equally as impressed. He has returned our calls after hours and on weekends just to be sure we had the information we needed. Very organized and always prepared.

Do not hire this man. He doesn't return calls and is truly disinterested in his clients. Comes to court ill prepared. Control freak. I had to threaten to call the bailiff in order to get my husband out of the house on the date the judge ordered him out and he wouldn't go. That worked.

If I could rate him a 6 in knowledge and tenacity, I would. I agree with the other poster, the bad marks come from those that lost. I have referred several people to Brent and they ALL, without exception, came away pleased and impressed. I was referred to Brent by another lawyer(in another field). In NE, dads are not typically treated well, in my case he EXCEEDED my expectations!

Brent represented me in my divorce. I came out ok, but only because the judge was fair, not because of Brent. It would take days to get my phone calls returned. He admitted that he did not prepare for my trial. Had it not been for the notes that I had created he would have be flying by the seat of his pants at my trial. I would never recommend Brent to someone I like.

Many of these negative reviews are from people who did not have Brent as their lawyers and lost. Now they wish they had made the choice I did, and picked the better attorney. Puts his heart and soul into what he is doing.

I have used Mr. Kuhn on several cases and found his services to be fair priced and his work product above average. He has offered to reduce his billable time on certain case instances where it was obvoius to him the potential settlement was not expected to equal the cost of trying the case.Keep in mind .. The courtroom is not always the place to settle your dispute . try sitting at the conference table together and work it out! I will use his knowledge and services again- corporate owner

Brent is dirty and dishonest. He conducts smear campaigns submitting baseless claims against the other parent. He doesn't care about the welfare of the children. He should not be allowed to practice law at any level.

I found Mr. Kuhn to be a very honest, intelligent, hard-working attorney. He worked on my very difficult case for several months, and charged me what I felt was a fair fee. I found his communication skills to be outstanding, and either he or his paralegal always kept me in the loop. I would highly recommend Mr. Kuhn as a family attorney.

Pads bill. Unsire of the details as to what he is fighting for. Typical sleaze attorney. Going through a divorce himself. Clients havce his personal cell number.

I don't think he was expensive as compared to what other lawyers wanted. I also think unless the reviewer KNOWS for a fact her allegation the reviewer should not be saying it. Anyway he has great tenacity and worked on a very difficult case.

Poor communication with client. Pads the bill. Dishonest. Most important. Made up the law as he went along. Doesn't work for mothers either!!
