Lied to me about the progress or status of documents, that where prepared by Rick. When I showed up in his office to pick up the documents, that is when he starts to work on them. Something that should have taken 10 to 15 days to compete, it took over a month and it was still incomplete.

What I liked most about Mr. Williams was his honesty about my case. He never led me to believe anything was cut and dry or that if we hung on longer (more costs to me) I would prevail on my case. At all times, he was clear in each step as it needed to be taken and what was yet to come. Another thing about Mr. Williams was that he always returned my phone calls and was very patient explaining things to me about the law that I did not understand. I felt I was able to make better decisions from the information and explanations that he gave. I never had any missing documents or papers that could not be found. I worked with Mr. Williams on my case for over 2 years and always knew he was out for my best interest.

Rick has represented me and my company on several occasions and has assisted me in personal matters as well. Not only is Rick an excellent and competent lawyer, he and his family have become a very good friends to us. He is well liked in his community as well. During the probate process even though Rick was only assisting two of the four children involved, keeping everything equal and fair was most definately not easy. With all the unforseen road blocks put up by our sister and her counsel with Ricks help we were able to come to a viable and acceptable conclusion to our case. All in all We couldn't and wouldn't have come out of probate with much without his expertice. Rick is a very personable lawyer, and will benefit you if you choose to use his services.

Mr. Williams is the most competent lawyers with which I have ever worked. He is efficent, very fair, and has an excellent business and legal mind. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of help with setting up a family estate trust. He is also top notch in the field of civil defense.
