Disturbing Performance of 1 star goes to the Law Offices of Rose Marie Gallegos Family Slaughter Services. She is a Butcher and is in the wrong business. Characteristic of trait and type with personality association of the recognized and most common behavior patterns of NPD. 1. Arrogant 2. Toxic 3. Passive Aggressive 4. Abusive 5. Entitled 6. Lacks Empathy 7. Confusing 8. Gaslights 9. Bully. Possible unresolved emotional problems from past trauma with family or abuser. Gallegos doesn’t believe in rehabilitation or therapy. Very close minded and set in her ways of business. Possible closet alcoholic. Good luck. You have been warned.

My experience with Rosa Gallegos was intense and scary. No lawyer should act as a therapist. Horrible experience. Still have pain and suffering.

Ms Gallegos was very thorough, efficient and compassionate regarding our case, actually my son's case. My son wanted less time with his father, when his father attempted to get full custody on false pretenses. Ms. Gallegos not only stopped that in its tracks and with advisement of a minor counsel, my son was granted more time with me. My son was also grated child support, since in the past, I hadn't requested any. Thank You, Ms R GALLEGOS!!!!

Unfortunately this attorney does not care for the clients. We all work hard to earn our money, yet she does not care, all she wants is to get paid, she sends statements twice per month, overcharging, outrageous amounts. I hired her to represent me and she did not show up to my court date, instead sent another attorney that had no idea of my case. If you have over $5000 to give away, hired this attorney!!

My divorce was petition filed and response given, but needed legal help as a liasion between unreasonable spouse and myself to come to an agreement. In consultation Mrs. Gallegos seemed competent and knowledgeable. I was assured that my $3,500.00 retainer was more than enough to finish my simple divorce with few assets and no children and we could wrap this up by Sept. Any overage of fees would be refunded. Office staff is unprofessional and does not appear knowledgeable. Case delayed several weeks by attorney "held over in court" with no status. Repeated attempts to follow up were treated with contempt by staff and told that if I contact/email them everyday it will cost me, which it did. Office has no problem calling me for more money, but nothing is happening on my case and no status update. To this date it has cost me $3,500.00 to prepare a Proposal Letter, which they had wrong the first few times and charged me to corect. I sent a certified letter complaining about the fees and se

Well I started with an attorney that sucked all my monies out of me and when I went to see Ms.Gallegos she assured me that she could help. As a result she helped me get my kids back, was able to by my ex out of the house, got spousal support,child support,a portion of his 401k and she got me me all of my lawyers fees back even from the previous attorney who sucked all of my monies out of me, I was very statisfied with my out come she got me more than I expected.. Ms Gallegos kisck butt for ma and my kids and I will always be grateful for what she has done for me and my kids

I think her office staff are very unprofessional. They were very rude and inconsiderate of other clients in the office. Made an appointment and never mentioned that Mrs.Gallegos was running late, after waiting over a hour in the office. Then, approached by another so called lawyer that wanted me to pay here up front for the office visit, that I was supposed to have with Mrs. Gallegos. I walked out of office when a client was also waiting and told me to get out while I can. She said this is the worst office ever. They lied and never followed up on her case. I would never to back there. Money hungry!

I received correspondence from her office from N. Medina, legal assistant to Rose Gallegos. I called the office and her staff had no knowledge of this person. I left a message on another occasion and it went unanswered. I have not found a way to correspond with anybody in the office who can answer my question. My wife and I have been trying to finalize our divorce for several years but Rose refuses to complete the necessary paper work. She had no trouble cashing the retainer fee and bill for the so called work.

Mrs. Gallegos starts as though she wants to help. Once she is paid, her interest shift to she sloppy work ie: late, no return calls or e-mails, does not do what she says she will do ie: no after hearing order and no visitation and holiday orders. LIES in court. IE: Has though she never wants the case to end. Horrible lawyer for anyone. She a nightmare. Avoid at all cost. Her only focus is MONEY. That she will discuss and follow through with. I wish I had read other clients postings before I ever got involved with this fraud. She cares nothing about people's lives and children who are involved.

SHE IS VERY STRONG AND AGGRESIVE AND WILL FIGHT FOR YOU ALL THE WAY. SHE HELPED ME WITH MY DIVORCE AND GOT ME EVERYTHING THAT WAS ENTILLED TO ME. I COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE SATISFIED TO HAVE HER REPRESENT ME. I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND HER!

I wish I would have found this page 9 months ago, But I'm glad my case is not over. I have had it with her, ALWAYS LATE!! always has more than one case on the same day. I am out the money I have already paid her, But I also need to feel the attorney I'm paying is on my side. I should have picked up on this when I saw she never calls me back. the worst thing is a family member also hired her and is having the same problems. She is very good on the othere hand to send a bill.

she does not return calls. always late for court. she does not work for you. seems like she works for oppossing counsel. does not return calls . the best thing she had was her paralegal and now she is gone. . . find another attorney. she is not worth the money. unless you want to be billed for an attorney not on your side.

She and her law office are very unprofessional. I paid her to prepare a judgemaent, 9 months later nothing was filed. The judgment was filed by the opposing council, it took them only 12 days! She never notified me about any updates and never returned any calls or e-mails.

Tried to contact her several times for Divorce information. Left several messages with her office staff. It's been 3 weeks and I still haven't heard a single thing. Call me crazy, but I had always thought that businesses actually WANTED business.

Isn’t worth the money. (She has the nerve not to speak to potential new clients on the phone until they pay with a credit card). Hardly knows anything/doesn’t study her cases, at least not mine. Always late to court. The final straw that caused me to get rid of her was her poor writing skills – very embarrassing.
