I was refered to Mrs. Evelyn Rodriguez, Esq. by one of San Jose's top Family and Divorce Lawyers. Mrs. Rodriguez is compassionate, hard-working, knowledgable of the law in several states and countries, and genuinely cares about you as if you were family. Evelyn helps minimize the stresses of going through custody/divorce issues and is a good mediator with the opposing party. She goes above and beyond her duty to ensure she can help you in any way possible, even in short time notice. Very good communication skills. If you ask her a question or need help via e-mail she gets back to you immediately. Mrs. Rodriguez is also very fair with billing issues, not like the stereo-typical lawyer trying to squeeze every penny out of you. I would recommend her to anyone who is having custody/divorce issues that are needing to be settled. Very good lawyer.
