I hired Ron Hedding for my husbands criminal case. Ron made it simple for me and was honest from the gate as to what my husband was looking at. Ron was very helpful and answered any questions I had immediately by phone or email. In court they knew and respected Ron which gave me relief knowing that the right lawyer was on my husbands case. After everything Ron was able to get years taken off my husbands time. I don't typically write reviews like this but in Ron Hedding's case I felt it was well deserved and something I really wanted to do. I was facing felony charges with some enhancements and was looking at a year or more in jail. Having never been arrested before I was a bit anxious to say the least but Ron Hedding and The Hedding Law Firm handled the situation like a true professionals.
Ron is direct communicator and holds no punches which I really appreciate. He knows the law and what is relevant to your case and what isnt. He is excellent in the courtroom and leverages the relationships he has developed with DA's and prosecutors over the years to your benefit.
He is bottom line focused on results and he gets them. He was able to get my felony charges with enhancements knocked down to a misdemeanor. No jail time, no probation, which in my particular case was awesome.

I was arrested for selling my medication on Craigslist.. and was charged with a Felony and given 120 days in Jail.. Mr Hedding and his office reduced it to a Misdemeanor with 45 days community service with as little as one day per week..
I'm very pleased with the results.. and recommend him highly..

I highly recommend Hedding Law firm. Ron Sr. handled my boyfriend's and mine's DUI cases exceptionally well. He managed to get both our DUI charges reduced to exhibition of speed with 2 years probation, as well as getting the chargers expunged after probation is served. Ron maintained great communication throughout the whole process, and kept us informed every step of the way. He also has great connections with the Van Nuys courthouse. We could not be more satisfied with his level of work to get the best sentencing given our circumstances.

Ron Hedding is a very good lawyer. He is a consummate professional. His knowledge and familiarity with local court's various prosecutors (District Attorneys) are extremely valuable in a negotiation for a more favorable outcome for his clients. Particularly in my case, a more serious misdemeanor charge was reduced to a lesser misdemeanor trespassing charge. His fees are reasonable too. I highly recommend Ron Hedding for criminal defense in the San Fernando Valley or Greater Los Angeles area.

Hired Mr. Hedding this spring, for a trial I had been informed by two other law firms, I refuse to mention that there would be not chance of getting me off. Due to Mr. Heddings ability and skill, I was found not guilty! Not only was the process smooth, but I was very worried and concerned, as one would be. He reassured me that he would do the best job capable and he did! I would hire The Hedding Firm again in heart beat. Lets just hope I never have to again. I highly recomend the Hedding Firm!

I went to Ron for a DUI case most saw as being reduced to wreckless as the minimum. I had never been in a DUI case before so when i was looking for attorneys I was very uneasy with many that I had met with. There was one attorney that I had heard recommendations about but he had told me that he would cost me way too much but referred me to Ron Hedding. Ron Hedding was affordable, professional, and most importantly knowledgeable in all aspects of the law he practiced. I recommend him with high regards.

I hired Ron Hedding about 6 years ago to handle my son's trial. He stated he knew the judge but didn't make any arguments during the trial. My son and I also told him how the witnesses statements have changed through out the trial and he still made no comments. He continued to charge me fee's totaling to $10,000. At the end, my son was found guilty and sent away. This case was a very easy case to win. No evidence and one witness that keeps changing his story through-out two different trials. The two trials were for a set of 3 boys for juvy and my son for adult.

I feel Ron Hedding did a good job in reducing my case form a transportation of narcotics to a possession of narcotics. This allowed me to do a deffered entery of judgment and get the conviction off my record. He is very profession, and honest with the circumstances of the case. I would recommend Mr. Hedding to friends and family to defend them in a similar situation. The only thing I was upset about, was I had to point out a very important word on the police report which had to be cleared up with the DA. It is very important for you, and the lawyer, to be on the same page and fight together. After discussing this with Ron he got everything cleared up. It is up to you to pay attention to detail. All and All good expericence under the circumstances.

Last year my little brother was facing 15 to 20yrs. My parents did what most caring parents do, they came in to clean up the mess. My pops was fighting death(cancer)and had limited funds and personal strength. After spending 15k on this so called high profile lawyer, he requested 20k more just to negotiate the term to 10 years. I convinced my parents to hire Ron Hedding. Ron immediately took a reduced rate(ok took some negotiating), gave my parents, my sister in-law and little brother his personal attention, and most important he minimized the family’s expectations, by creating a solid realistic game plan. End result Ron exceeded our expectations and in my opinion pulled off a mini miracle. Unfortunately, my father passed two months after hiring Ron , But Thanks to Ron’s Brilliant performance my little bro was home for good (if he stay out of trouble) and in time to deliver the Eulogy for my dad's funeral. I was helpless until I found Ron Hedding. I emailed the Hedding Law firm about my case. They emailed me right away and asked me to come in. I met with Ron Hedding and as a deaf client of his, I was pleased with him due to being paitnece with me and setting up an sign language interpreter for me with no prblms. Normally people would have a hard time finding an sign interpter but not Ron. It was a piece of cake for him. Ron saved my life, from avoiding jail time. I would recommand others who has serious prblms to come to the Hedding Law firm. Like I said Ron's my hero :p. Thanks for everything, I mean a milllion thanks!

Stay away!!!I retained this firm and was left completely in the dark.$2500 only to plead no contest.In hind sight I really wish I would have used a public defender.I believe they were disliked by the prosecutor and they could'nt get me a deal even though police made numerous mistakes.

We retained Nick Hedding from the Hedding Law firm. He was totally non responsive arrogant and unqualified to represent us. He was notorious for not returning calls right up unto arraignment. Fortunately I replaced him with another lawyer. Everything is totally true run dont walk from this law firm. They promise the world and deliver absolutely nothing. They took $5000 dollars of our money.

THIS LAW FIRM SUCKS AND YOU SHOULD AVOID THEM AT ALL COST! They didn't represent me, they MISrepresented me! He said he knew the DA and the Judge - HE DIDN'T and I didn't get any kind of deal with regards to my case! He sent a jackass in to represent me on the final day of my trial, because he was busy - even though I had retained him. The guy he sent knew NOTHING about my case and I ended up having to negotiate with the judge and the DA on my sentence. HE ROYALLY SCREWED ME and KEPT MY MONEY! RUN! RUN! RUN! You do not want his misrepresentation...HE SUCKS!
