My family has used him in the past and he took my personal injury claim. He said it was submitted to the insurance company and I have heard from him in years. I've called and emailed with no response.I broke my elbow due to negligence if a property care company and since have had two surgeries and permanent neuropathy. I should have just hired a tv lawyer.

He relies on having been a law guardian and participant in the albany county family Court to issue ad hominem and attack opponents brutally, successfully suppressing even perjury of his clients in family court. If you want someone who's capable, this is your man. If you want someone ethical, who won't churn your family for fees and drag your family through the mud for his and sometimes his clients' satisfaction, you should look elsewhere. Ethics aren't exactly his strong suit. Since current orders prevent disclosure of details identifying my family, I can reveal few details. But imagine if your ex had intimate photos of you created in the course of an adult relationship, and then shared those with the law guardian and JUDGE and who-knows-whom-else in attempt to paint you as disturbing to the court, essentially peddling revenge porn, despite it having nothing to do with your parenting yet affecting such considerably, you begin to understand why I claim that this man has no ethics.

This man takes sides depending on who he "likes" best. Has no interest in the child and in fact makes judgements without interacting with the child. He is hostile both in court and out of court.
