Ralph Mabie is an amazing lawyer! Not only did he help my husband and I with a step-parent for our son years ago, but he also helped with legal advice regarding a more recent situation. He has always been very thorough with great communication. He is very knowledgeable and what he does, and has always done his best to get everything done as quickly as possible. I highly recommend him as a lawyer.

Can't rate his knowledge so I don't know where he stands. ignored me with issues I had with the case and questions about it.
-I told him early on that I did not want to work with him. I could tell that he was not going to take things seriously after the first consultation. He told someone else which asked me to keep him. I didn't say anything because I wasn't the one paying.
-After I finally was up front and said can you withdraw, he made it seem as if he just couldn't deal with me. The judge even made a comment that I was "difficult" and he could see why Mr. Mabie withdrew.
-I couldn't tell if he was representing my side or the other party.

It is not difficult to rate this opportunist. This guy doesn't work for anyone except himself. This lawyer was representing me in my divorce. He gets my credit card to start promising that everything will be over in around sixty days. Well it sounds not too bad especially when you agree with the other side. However that same person use his position and knowledge to drag the issue. He never made any statement of fees except when I asked for it after six months seeing that we were going nowhere. I will not waste any other words on that issue except to say that it was a rip-off. Work quality was absolutely awful, communication had nothing to do with the case except his bill and when I challenge it I notice the trap in which I was. My own attorney was my adversary. I was not facing a divorce matter but my own attorney leaving me in a bigger mess. Guess what??? He withdrew from the case and start using his tenacity for his bill. This lawyer is a shame for his profession but who cares???

My former wife hired this attorney and although I tried throughout to settle by offering every asset we had Mr. Mabie continued to litigate forcing me to retain counsel. My case eventually went before a judge and I was awarded half of everything plus my business which I had prior to the marriage. I also was ordered to pay child support that was half of what I offered to pay. I am so happy my former wife hired this moron. If you want a lawyer that over litigates everything and runs up a large bill Ralph Mabie is your man. If you want an attorney who actually cares about you he is the wrong guy, steer clear.
