One of the very best and most compassionate immigration lawyers in the US. He worked with me for over 10 years from J-1 visa to Permanent Resident Status. There were many bumps in the road due to being out of status and he ALWAYS worked with me to resolve these. Also helped with other matters when I was desperate. You will be VERY fortunate if he takes your case. Know that the INS is the problem when there are delays/lost paperwork, not Rob Cohen - he knows the system and how to deal with them.

1) Took forever to file applications, at each step 2) Sent visa to me in an open envelope 3) Waited until very last moment to file H1B renewal 4) Did not promptly replay to emails, or return phone calls. 5) Did not let me know when my visa number became current 6) Does not allow to get out of the contract, despite low quality work and all the delays etc, etc, etc... My advice to all is to use a good immigration lawyer, it's worthed. Don't hesitate to go out of state. Look for somebody who has a website with a forum and/or blog, where people can freely express opinions about their work. Those are true professionals.
