This Attorney is both Amazing in court and outside of court. A true breath of fresh air.She is extremely well prepared, impressive AND absolutely Fair.She Truly cares about the best interest of her "CLIENT".She is both empathic and compassionate. Ms Harley makes a complicated and unpleasant situation where you may feel lost and vulnerable , comfotable. She is able to handle all the ugly with the upmost grace. I highly recommend her to anyone.

Very biased attorney. Guardianship- she does not look at what the children state is best. Instead, she speaks to the guardians thinking that they are the best choice for the children when she is the childrens appointed attorney. She is not neutral and speaks to the parents for an hour without making any other appointments with them. She bases her opinion and not facts. Her research methods are very poor. Her character is very poor. Communication is lacking for one side verses the other. She does not look or listen to children when appointed as their attorney. She is the worse attorney in the county.
