MS. Blair while very professional in her appearance is quite different in her pleadings. She constantly distorts the true facts of the case and twists them in her clients favor. Then when its pointed out she is wrong in a response or other motion she changes it again pointing to an exhibit which is objectively false or proves the point of the other party. She loves to play discovery games and keeps promising to deliver the discovery then only objects to everything. Moreover, attempting to evade certain witnesses from depositions. Lastly her arguments are more of a substance over law and once you read through all the twisting of facts you can usually point out the flaws in her pleadings.
