Amazing attorney!!! Used him in 2013 for a 2nd felony charge I got while on parole. He got me 3 year’s probation instead of 5 years tdc. Then used him again in 2022 for a misdemeanor and he got me timed serve when I only spent 17 hours in jail. Now I have yet another felony (my third) and I’m definitely hiring him again. Very good results and response time for phone calls. Would definitely recommend him! He’s worth it

From day one he recommended we go to trial because he said we had a great case. Then he says it might get dismissed. Then he calls and says meet me at the courthouse at 9am. He shows up 45mins late and convinces us to accept a misdemeanor because that would be best. So now my son is on probation, paid restitution and made to take counseling classes. This after he told us we had a great case. He never even interviewed our witnesses or even watched the “accusers” interview. He took our money and did least amount of work and now won’t answer our calls. He’s told my son twice he will call him and I’ve left 4 messages and sent an email. Seems to me he knew the prosecutor and did him a favor at the expense of my son! Read his reviews and BELIEVE THEM! He was recommended by other attorneys so I took a chance. They are all buddies! He ruined us and our faith in attorneys!!!

This man right here!I can not say enough good things about him!He defended a family member facing murder charges and life in prison.He always answered my calls and if not returned them when he could.He believed in her innocence from day one and proved it in court.His whole legal team have become family to me and I am so blessed they came into our lives.Thank you Tom for the year and a half of hard work and dedication to the case.You will never know how much your presence in our lives mean!

Tom Pappas recently represented my son (minor). Mr. Pappas was knowledgeable, but missed court twice due to other obligations. His tenacity was good at first, but after the 2nd court date, that quickly changed and he explained that my son would receive some form of punishment. I wasn't opposed to the punishment as he did the crime, but there really wasn't any representation for the money paid. The main issue is lack of communication during and after the case.

Mr Pappas is the best attorney I have ever used. Very thankful to him. Would not go anywhere else. He returns calls and has always been honest and more than fair. He's a human being and no swindler by far. I have owed him money and still got top representation. He cares about people in general by providing breakfast every Saturday to his communities homeless or less fortunate individuals. I have witnessed this first hand after his cordial invite. Has taken numerous calls after hours and fought for my family and I in our most desperate situations. When odds have felt stacked against me he sways that immediately and I am forever grateful to the man. Godsend and an all around awesome person to be associated with.

I was told that my defense woulld cost $15,000. This was witnessed by another attorney who gave a sworn affidavit to the State Bar. When I refused to plead guilty, Mr. Pappas sent me a contract to sign that was back dated 6 weeks that the $15,000 was an "engagement fee" and that if I went to trial that other costs would have to be paid..... In otherwords,(and I must use my own thoughts) this was a classic "bait and swith" scam....

Tom was my federal attorney on a conspiracy to distribute charge that started in 2005. He was the lesser expensive attorney I found AND was very hands on. Fast forward to 2012, I finally called Tom after being out of prison for 2 years and he immediately went to work to get me off of supervised release! I called him about a month ago and received a call today saying I was finally free. This man is a blessing from God and just a good person in general. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of representation!!

I got a theft charge because a family friend put me in a desperate bind. I ran into Tom in the courthouse, and he really seemed concerned. He charged me a little less than other lawyers (I guess he felt bad for me), and offered to get it expunged. I stand to loose so much from this simple charge, yet I have full trust in this man. I had been through the system in 2001 on some stuff I did not do, and I know how this stuff works. He has returned my calls even though I am one of his smaller charged clients. Very happy.

O paid him 7000 thousand dollars for me and my boyfriend would not have to work for the police as informants. In t30 min he had all charges dropped from me and 2 years later my boyfriend has not been charged. We never went to court. He answered my calls. Ph and 7000 was a down payment on the retainer he never even asked for the rest.

Tom Pappas and his office repeatedly fail to appear in court leaving their clients to fin for them selves. He claims he is always in court somewhere else and it's always a federal case. I guess that is supposed to impress or mollify the clients he is stiffing. Pappas refuses to answer phone calls (you will never get anything but answering machines at his office). He refuses to return phone messages for up to a month at a time and then only after the client leaves multiple messages every day. Pappas does not accept email and does not acknowledge fax messages. He repeatedly lies and fails to produce promised written answers to written questions requested by the client. He seems very reluctant to have a paper trail. He is the most unprofessional lawyer I've ever met. He is a bum and would no doubt starve to death or be locked up if he was in any other trade. Do not go near this firm or this attorney!

My girlfriend was arrested because they raised her bond on a court date that she was told if she signed some papers she would not have to appear, he would just pass, well i guess he forgot to call to inform of the bond change and was arrested on 11-14-07, and may not be out before Christmas

this atty totally ripped off my friend; took $50k and then did nothing at time of trial except scare my friend into taking a really, really, really bad deal. new atty got case dismissed with one pleading after friend lost everything and spent 2 months in jail. wasn;t prepared at trial. didn't return phone calls. didn't show up when he said he would. horrible experience.

Tom lied to me from the beginning and only tried to get more money out of me. He did not show up for three court appearances and forgot to tell me about one of them where I had warrant issued against me. He told me he treaed me unfairly and was giving some of my money back. He did not. That was only so I would not say anything in front of the judge when questioned about my attorneys abilitly. It was an awful learning curve. I wrote to the Partners of the firm with my complaints while I was be represented and I never got a response.Regards charles w.
