Since 2025, I have known Attorney David P. Mierswa for over three years now since 2022. I own several international businesses in which Attorney Mierswa provided me legal services, including but not limited to: review of corporate information and corporate due diligence; review of local contracts; review and revision of my international contracts; review of other personal legal matters. Attorney Mierswa always returned me emails/texts/phone calls in a timely manner. He completed his legal work in an efficient, timely manner as well, and, his fee were very reasonable. An addition, I referred Attorney Mierswa close friends of mine that had sensitive legal matters. Again, Attorney Mierswa handled the cases with a delicate touch and got the cases resolved in a time fashion. I highly recommend that anyone looking for an efficient and reasonable rate, should hire Attorney David P. Mierswa.

Thanks to David’s legal help I got to keep my 3 kids from my first divorce, yeah 2 divorses law suits, collections it’s only a few cases that Mr. Mierswa has helped me since we first meet back from 2003, I will call him again if I ever need more legal advise, back on 2003 I call many lawyers but only David picked up my case, highly recommend

Mr. Mierswa has handled several issues for me including company creation and defense against potential litigation. His performance has been outstanding. He's shown a personal interest in the challenges I've faced and taken the time to make sure I understand what's happening as well as the language used to describe it. Honestly, I think Mr Mierswa has flipped his lid. Not only has he NOT done his job after TAKING my money, but he refuses to return any phone calls to any companies, AND his OWN clients DIRECTLY!!! No wonder the Attorney Generals office is getting complaints about him!!!

Takes forever to return phone calls, and also does not give you effort in your endevours. Constantly talks about being overworked and does not see your needs as important while dealing with his investing company and real estate venture. Seems to be involved in starting a pyramid scheme. He did not help me out one bit.
